Today, according to Nora, it is National Mustard Day. I am indoors, considering a celebration behind the curtains Nora sewed, brewing another batch of kombucha, and reviewing the recipe for yellow split pea dal with mustard seeds. Others might spread French's mustard on their hot dogs today. Or wander through fields of mustard.
