at 300 feet above sea level.
It was a little iffy above 3000 feet.
The touristy spots are still open until tomorrow.
The mountains are closing down early to fair weather hikers.

ReplyDeleteThank you! Beautiful mystery is one of those continuing sagas, this time about Gamache's second. It didn't end so clearly even though the murder was solved. It seems she has adopted the current trilogy mentality. But I liked the setting and the austerity.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't one of my favorites, plotwise, but she writes so beautifully that I was drawn in. The main thing I took from it is that I'm already chomping at the bit to see how she deals with the fallout from this book, in the next. And I got the dots...
